Q. How does an order get billed?

A. You bill the client through your practice’s system, following your usual procedures. With VPS there are no duplicate systems you have to maintain, and you set the price to the customer. VPS in turn, bills your account the wholesale cost published in the password protected veterinary catalog once the order has shipped. Depending on your account options, your practice credit card will be immediately billed the wholesale cost, or the transaction will be added to your account and you will be billed monthly.

For non-discount orders, you can charge a higher, market rate and make a larger profit.
